Massaman Curry Paste

Kindness Cafe Massaman Curry Paste, unlike typical red and green curries is blended with bold spices. Our farmers grow the chillis, garlic, lemongrass, shallots and galangal alongside one another and sustainably in beautiful Thailand. This paste will create a mild yet flavoursome massaman curry sauce. You will not need more than 2 tablespoons of our Massaman Curry Paste to 400ml liquid. We also enjoy using this paste as a rub with potatoes and other vegetables, and roasting them in the oven.Aroi!
